01 · Product Type

Fully Welded Trunnion Ball Valve

A fully welded trunnion ball valve combines fixed ball support with a permanently welded body shell. This construction reduces external body flange joints and is commonly selected for gas transmission and long-distance pipeline service. End connections may be flanged or butt-weld depending on project design.

Best suited for: Transmission and pipeline isolation where a welded pressure shell and trunnion-supported ball are preferred.

When to choose it

Choose this design when long-term pressure-shell integrity and reduced body joints are stronger priorities than body disassembly.

02 · Product Type

Underground Fully Welded Ball Valve

An underground fully welded ball valve is configured for buried installation with an extended stem, drain/vent extension and project-specific external coating. Burial depth, actuator or gearbox access, cathodic protection interface and coating repair requirements must be defined before manufacture.

Best suited for: Buried pipeline installations requiring stem extension, external coating and above-ground operating access.

03 · Product Type

Gas Pipeline Fully Welded Ball Valve

A gas pipeline fully welded ball valve is tailored around transmission duty, often with full bore, low pressure drop, trunnion support, DBB functionality and butt-weld or flanged ends. Stem extension, drain/vent details, coating and actuator selection depend on station or buried installation.

Best suited for: Natural-gas transmission lines requiring full-bore flow, welded-body integrity and long-term sectionalizing service.
